I'm Veronica Hubley — a REALTOR® licensed in Hawaiʻi, Arizona, and Florida, and Chief Operating Officer of Hawaiʻi's Homegrown Realty. I bring a marketing operator's playbook, an investor's read on STR and income properties, and a former loan officer's grasp of how deals actually close.

My career has cycled through every industry that touches real estate at the operator level — hospitality and timeshare with Wyndham Destinations, vacation rentals with Vacasa, market management with Guesty, multifamily leasing, and lending at Cardinal Financial. Each role sharpened a different lens on how property is valued, financed, marketed, and sold.
As a Loan Officer, I learned how deals close — and how they fall apart. In hospitality and STR, I learned how a property performs — ADR, occupancy, seasonality, the levers that turn a house into income. As a leasing agent, I learned conversion: tour to applicant, applicant to signed lease, with discipline and follow-up. And in digital marketing, I learned how today's buyers actually find the home they buy.
